Step One

Call us at Main Office 614-999-3313 | Administrative Office 614-918-7350​​ or email us at crownprep@eilm.org to schedule a tour and Q&A.

 

Step Two

Complete and submit the application online.  CPA Admissions Application

There is a non-refundable  application/testing fee of $125.  Click here to pay the  Application Fee.

The following documents will need to be submitted with your application. 

• Pastoral Reference form

• School reference form (Former principal or teacher) - Incoming K and 1

• Two Years of Grade Cards (2-3)

• Signed Statement of Faith

• Signed Parental Agreement

Step Three

Administration will call to schedule your family interview and admission testing.

​

Step Four

Our Admissions team will meet to review your admission application and testing results and make recommendations. We will notify you within 5 business days of testing and the interview. If your child is accepted, the  $150 Enrollment fee will hold your child’s place in a classroom.  This fee will go toward your tuition.  This fee is due 30 days following your offer to attend.

• Birth Certificate

• Current Immunization Records

• Custody/Court Documents ( If applicable)

• Emergency Contacts Form

• Proof of Residency (utility bill)

• EdChoice Application (if applicable) EdChoice-Scholarship-Program

• Signed Handbook Acknowledgement

• Consent for Release of Student Information
